Responsibilities:

Working with corporate tools: CRM, IP telephony, and corporate email.

Ability to close multiple vacancies simultaneously to increase your income. For example, filling 20 call center operator positions in a month will earn you $4,000.

Availability of a computer, stable internet connection, and headset with a microphone.
Communication skills and conducting audio calls with candidates.
Willingness to study job requirements and conduct the initial screening of candidates.
