Main tasks of the employee

• Product or Service Familiarization : Getting acquainted with the company's products or services, learning key features and benefits to effectively communicate with potential clients.
• Supporting Senior Managers : Assisting experienced sales managers in their tasks, gathering information, preparing materials for presentations, etc.
• Lead Generation : Searching for potential clients, for example, through market research, internet searches, attending events, etc.
• Handling Inquiries : Responding to customer inquiries, providing information about products or services, sending brochures and presentations.
• Proposal Preparation : Creating basic commercial proposals, including pricing, terms, and product advantages.
• Deal Follow-up : Supporting more experienced managers in the deal-closing process, participating in negotiations, preparing necessary documents.
• Customer Service : Addressing customer questions and requests, ensuring their satisfaction, resolving minor issues.
• Data Collection and Analysis : Gathering customer information, analyzing sales data, and customer responses to offers.
• Adherence to Procedures : Following internal company procedures, such as document processing, tracking customer requests, etc.
• Training and Development : Participating in training programs and workshops to develop sales and communication skills.
• Collecting Feedback : Gathering feedback from customers about products and services and communicating this information to relevant departments.
