We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter, who will identify, engage, and attract IT specialists in
Georgia, to join us on a full-time/part-time basis.
Requirements:
● 1 years of recruiting experience
● Good understanding of IT sphere in Georgia
● Written and spoken English skills required
● Experience sourcing candidates through various platforms including recruiting databases,
social media, online job boards and referrals
● Strong communication, interpersonal skills and problem solving skills
● At least Intermediate level of Russian language
Would be a plus:
● Experience working with an applicant tracking systems and Excel
Working conditions:
● Remote work
● Full-/ part-time ( 40 hours per week/ 20 hours per week)

Responsibilities:
● Participate actively in closing of technical vacancies
● Take part in the sourcing part of the recruitment process
● Search for and select potential candidates, including active search (LinkedIn, etc)
● Work closely with our Recruiting Team
● Build a strong pipeline to source and connect with potential candidates
● Constantly monitor the labor market
