Business development coordinator / administrator in Tbilisi

Job Description:

• Search and monitoring of construction projects in Tbilisi and Batumi (physical search + internet search)
• Analysis and preparation of reports
• Control of project documentation
• Compliance with and improvement of document control procedures
• Ensuring that all documentation meets formal requirements and required standards
• Sorting, storage of electronic and printed documents
• Assistance during the planning stages of a specific project
• Ensuring the necessary exchange of documentation on key points for timely completion of the project
• Providing office management on all issues related to coordinating the functioning of the office (answering telephone calls, ensuring the cleanliness of the office, timely provision of office supplies, paying bills)
• Providing staff and new employees with work supplies
• Working with a bank, outsourcing company, and other suppliers not related to sales
• Booking hotels, searching for apartments for employees (if necessary)
• Coordination of mobile SIM cards
• Help with contract preparation

Requirements

• High education
• experience in related field
• Commercial skills are required (in the field of sales of doors, locks +)
• Knowledge of English (upper intermediate) and Russian
• Computer literacy (MS office)
