Job Responsibilities are the following:
- Bookkeeping and tax accounting in accordance with the requirements of the legislation
- Statutory and financial statements, tax declaration, submission of reports within the time frame established by law
- Calculation of wages, sick leave, vacation pay, as well as the calculation of taxes from the payroll
- Keeping records of financial loans of employees, advance reports
- Intragroup documentation
- Ensuring the correct calculation and transfer of taxes and fees
- Posting bank statements, control of mutual settlements with counterparties
- Treasury operations
- Formation, collection and control of the correctness and completeness of primary documents, archiving
- Accounting for fixed assets, goods and materials, participation in the inventory
- Tax planning, timely advice on changes in tax and accounting legislation
- Consulting on tax and accounting issues, identification of risks and work to minimize them
- Preparation of documents and information upon request
- Audit of accounting and tax accounting for previous tax periods
- Creation the reporting package for consolidation, participation in the annual audit
- Support of tax audits, preparation of the necessary documents
- Development and implementation of accounting policies
- Data analyst, working with statistics and data manually in excel and through programs
Qualification:
- Professional knowledge in finance, accounting, taxation and reporting
- Relatable relevant experience gained in a similar role
- Experience of working with current legislation and regulatory activities in the sphere of economic operations, financial and tax matters
- Previous experience in normative legal acts of state regulation of conducting clinical research of medicinal products (Desirable)
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word applications
- Strong numeracy skills
- Has self–awareness and cares about the impact they may have on others
- Advanced in English language written and verbal
- Exceptional attention to detail that delivers quality information
- Excellent, caring and honest communication skills
- Ability to deliver on commitments
